u.s. national whitewater center starting off with a bang

...a bang of heat that is. yes the temps are already in the 90's and the water is about that warm too but where else are you going to paddle in the southeast right now? plus the center is a great place to learn, sharpen your skills and do some play-boating and river-running in the same place.

this year we are doing some new things on the instruction side. we are offering kids camps every thursday, saturday and sunday along with the week long kids camps every week starting the week of the 13th.

we are also offering intermediate and advanced instruction every thursday from 5-7 for adults. this is the same night as the river jam so come by, take a lesson and then kick it afterwards with a beer and some live music.

for more information visit:

the first charlotte region hometown throwdown is coming up on saturday the 24th of june too. these are super fun and laid back. thanks to jason and samantha miller for putting these on.

also, if anyone wants private lessons i am available wednesday through sunday from now until the end of the summer. just give the center a call and ask for a private instruction from trent thibodeaux.

hope to see you out there. stop in a say hi

nature is what unites us.
